The Take1 Underwriting program was started by Lighthouse Underwriters of Annandale, VA in 1985, and is now part of the U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managing general agents and wholesale insurance brokers.

Our Mission - To become the insurance program of choice for those who need a solution provider to help sort out the often complex and specialized insurance needs of the entertainment industry.
